1. Datenverarbeitung durch Ravensburger

Wir verarbeiten die von dir im Rahmen deiner Teilnahme bereitgestellten Daten (insb. Social Media Nutzername, bei Gewinner:innen auch die Adressdaten) zum Zweck der Gewinnspielabwicklung, also insbesondere, zur Ermittlung der Gewinner:innen, zur Kontaktaufnahme mit Gewinner:innen, ggf. zur Berichterstattung über das Gewinnspiel und für die Zusendung des Gewinns.

Rechtsgrundlage für diese Datenverarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b, f DSGVO.

Nach Abschluss des Gewinnspiels werden deine von uns verarbeiteten Daten gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

Bei deiner Kontaktaufnahme mit uns per E-Mail werden die von dir mitgeteilten Daten (deine E-Mail-Adresse, ggf. dein Name und deine Telefonnummer) von uns gespeichert, um deine Fragen zu beantworten. Die in diesem Zusammenhang anfallenden Daten löschen wir, nachdem die Speicherung nicht mehr erforderlich ist, oder schränken die Verarbeitung ein, falls gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.


3. Deine Rechte

Du hast gegenüber uns folgende Rechte hinsichtlich der dich betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten:

• Recht auf Auskunft,
• Recht auf Berichtigung oder Löschung,
• Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung,
• Recht auf Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung,
• Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit.

Du hast zudem das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde über die Verarbeitung deiner personenbezogenen Daten durch uns zu beschweren.

By taking part in the prize draw, the participant accepts the following participation conditions.

1. The prize draw is organized by Ravensburger Verlag GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Ravensburger”).
    
2. Participants must be natural persons from Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, China, Japan. Participants must be adults. Employees of the Ravensburger Group and their family members are excluded from participation. Participation through third parties such as prize draw agencies is not permitted. Ravensburger reserves the right to exclude from taking part any participants who breach these participation conditions, gain an advantage by manipulation, and/or make untrue statements as to their identity. This can also be done with retrospective effect.
3. Taking part is free. Taking part and the chances of winning do not depend on the purchase of products.
    
4. In the case of prize draws conducted via social media, participants must have a corresponding account.
    
5. The prize draw posting contains the information on how and in what period people can take part as well as what the prizes are.
    
6. Unless otherwise described in the prize draw posting, winners are determined by lottery and notified by private message or public comment. Furthermore, we may link the winner in our story.
    
7. Cash payments of prizes are not possible. The claim to the prize cannot be transferred to another person and will expire if the winner does not get in touch within 4 weeks after we send out the prize notification or if the prize notification cannot be delivered. If this should be the case, Ravensburger will enter the prize into the draw once more. The participant or respectively the winner is responsible for the accuracy of his/her information.
    
8. Ravensburger is only liable for damage that Ravensburger or vicarious agents of Ravensburger have caused with intent, gross negligence, or through breach of a major contractual obligation. This does not apply with regard to claims for product liability and/or injuries to life, limb, and/or health.
    
9. Ravensburger retains the right to suspend or terminate the prize draw for good cause at any time. Such a good cause can be in particular when correct execution of the prize draw is obstructed or prevented. In such a case, all claims by participants are excluded.
    
10. This prize draw has no links to the social media platform and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by the platform. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not the social media platform, but Ravensburger alone. Questions, comments or complaints regarding this prize draw must be addressed solely to Ravensburger.
     
11. If there are deviations between these prize draw conditions and the posting for the individual prize draw, the conditions in the posting apply.
     
12. The right to legal recourse is excluded.

1. Data processing by Ravensburger

We process the data you provide in the context of your participation (esp. social media user name, and in the case of winners address data) for the purposes of carrying out the prize draw, especially in order to determine winners, contact winners, report on the prize draw, and send prizes to winners.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6, Section 1 p. 1 (b) GDPR.

Once the prize draw is over, your data that we have processed will be deleted, unless there is a statutory obligation to store this data.

If you contact us by e-mail, we save the data you give us (your e-mail address, if applicable your name and your phone number) so that we can answer your questions. We erase the data collected in this context when it is no longer necessary to save it, or limit its processing if statutory data storage regulations apply.
